FreshForex is probably your best choice. They have the least spreads, and one of the fastest deposit and withdrawal  methods

You should do your research, in order to find the broker that fits you. My suggestion, once you have found couple of brokers that you are interested in:
1. Check the regulations of them.
2. Check if they provide a good customer support
3. Try to find everything NEGATIVE about them.
4. Contact them, try their support and how knowledgeable they are.
5. Check if they are providing demo environment this will help you determine their working module.
Then you can choose the best one for you
