Always keep yourself in your limitation and never take the unnecessary risk, always accept the small but consistent profit which is the key towards better earning, never expect the huge profit, trading with this method, trader can earn reasonable amount.

In order to earn forex is the best platform and you should get the basics of forex and then should work on demo account in order to get the perfection then you will be able to earn reasonable amount from forex trading.
Mirza is very right that the practice in demo account is very important so there will be many brokers I put a demo account of one https://alpari.com/en/beginner/demo-account/
You can practice a lot in demo accounts before making an investment in real, remember that the important thing is to be clear about a strategy that has worked for a good time

Many people anxious to go straight away Live instead of Demo 1st. Use demo to build your rules, and use live to gain your experience. Never think to go big if you can't even handle small account.

Can someone here recommend some appropriate books for beginners? Books that explain the basic theory of trading. I've long realized that in order to trade well you need a solid foundation.

Great advice from Andrew Lockwood of ForexSignals.com --
1) structure and rules for FX trading
2) Technical analysis combined with Fundamental understanding
3) Price Action
4) Being disciplined and knowing your system

Nice that you have got a good broker but not all of them are too much reliable and none of them are quite beneficial for all and hence I am learning to trade manually in Forex Market.

Learning forex involves many things, including a technical and methodological study, that prevents you from committing catastrophic errors. Cheer up! ;)

That does not answer the original question about how one learns to trade on the forex market.

I think the best way to learn forex is not to be afraid to trade on it. Take a small sum, which you're not afraid to lose and start trading. That's a straight answer to your question.

Try to follow this advice after you suffer from a row of losses. The difficulty of keeping emotional control increases as the losing pattern becomes itchy and you simply turn very aggressive or too conservative. Nevertheless, staying at breakeven is always better than casino-like trades greatly increasing the risk of ruin, that's why choosing from two evils, conservative style is always better.

In my opinion, if you suffer a row of losses the first thing you should do is take a step back and analyze what you did wrong before you begin trading again.
