I just discovered something else.

It appears that the delays and non receipt of emails could be due to the email system they use. I decided to track back the code in the header of the emails they sent me an I discovered they use "Sendgrid" via "Current Desk"

Current Desk - http://currentdesk.com/

Send Grid - https://sendgrid.com/

It appears that "Currentdesk" synchronises MT4 with their CRM system ZOHO

Here is the trail, where you can see the systems they are using.

I think they should pay me to be their resident IT guy 8)

Hi Rodney,

In the interest of ensuring Donnaforex forum-goers are told the truth and know how serious we at Rubix FX are about transparency and customer service, Ill address each of the issues you raised with evidence/proof (including screenshots and logs where necessary). Note that we have taken the liberty of blurring part of your email address to ensure your privacy.

Support responsiveness
You started your support chat with us at www.rubixfx.com at 11:10am AEST. Due to Gerard being in a meeting, 3 minutes later (ie at 11:13am AEST) the chat was automatically transferred to another colleague who was able to assist. The first message was sent by that colleague at 11:14am (within seconds of the transfer). We have no idea how you arrived at an 8-10 minute wait period.

Attached youll see screenshots of the actual chat, which evidence the true timing (and rude attitude). We will not post the whole chat as there is inappropriate language and racist comments. Nonetheless, the chat is logged for record keeping and compliance purposes (and if Donna ever wants to see it).

Despite the above, and given your feedback, we have implemented an immediate improvement to the support chat software utilised on www.rubixfx.com by reducing the no response time from 3 minutes to 1 minute :) Thanks again - this will help our actual clients!

Email delivery
In relation to your claim about emails not being sent, we have contacted our email provider. All emails sent to clients from our CRM are BCCd to a separate email address. The email to your account was sent at 11:06am AEST (or 6:06pm CST on 2 March 2015). Fortunately, our CRM (Current Desk) has provided me with proof that the email was sent. Please note the timezone in the screenshot attached is CST.

For the sake of argument, let us suppose that the email had not been sent. Whats the next step in terms of resolving that kind of issue maturely, respectfully and efficiently? Despite your rude remarks that began from the first few lines of chat (quoted above), our support staff took the extra step of sending you a personal email of the details so you had it on record. :) But you weren't actually interested in this email at all.

Application for live account
Your next issue: Not being able to apply for a live account. We have had a very large number of clients apply and give nothing but positive feedback. It is very strange, that you are the only person facing such difficult technical experiences especially selecting account type. Regardless, if you would like support and can share your screen via skype and show us this problem, we would be more than happy to assist. :) We suspect this wont happen though.

Servers and cheaply built systems
You next claimed that we had a CRM server hosted in Germany. This is patently false. Our CRM server is hosted in the Netherlands :)

You are correct, however, that our CRM is hosted by Current Desk. Current Desk provide a state of the art CRM solution and a fantastic offering! We pay handsomely for this service. Not sure if you are aware Sendgrid is one of the most widely used email delivery services in the world. Furthermore, our CRM servers are secure with the latest form of SSL, which is RSA 256 bit encryption couples with a 2048 bit key cipher.

We know what you are going to do next youre going to continue by posting even more outlandish and conspiratorial disparaging comments. But! Its very clear that the Donna community can see what you are doing. We have already been approached privately by forum-goers who have given us their support and noted your history of being a troublemaker.

Will no doubt hear from you soon.

Cheers
Alex

Well, emails being 5 minutes late or not... Last Friday I did over 300 trades with Rubix and didn't get any delay on them :) Excellent trading conditions.

They were not late, they just never arrived  ;)

From a technical perspective their demo and live registration system has been built poorly. I cant talk about their trading conditions as I could not even get to that point.

I'm glad my trades did :) If anything is wrong with their e-mail setup I'm sure they will sort this shortly.

Im gald others could actually get a demo or live account opened to do some testing.

Im also happy to see good execution speeds, the problem is that that demo and live accounts are limited to the exclusive few who decide to call for help on chat.

Hasn't this already been addressed by Alex from Rubix a few posts ago?

No sure

Perhaps they should post a link to their demo download in the forum or is that against the forum rules?

It sure would be handy though

rubixfx,

I've been trying your trading company for last 2 weeks.

You have good execution on gold/silver and usdjpy.
Can i put my account now under company or does it need to stay as individual?
