TOP SIGNALS EA
« on: March 27, 2019, 12:39:17 PM »
I want to introduce you to Top Signals EA and want to share this with you for those who are still looking for a very "safe" system.  I have been a member of Donna since the early Fab Turbo days  ::)- but have not been very active here lately since I just could not find a system that is working for me personally in my circumstances.  I have a day job so I find that having open trades during my day, whether it is manual or an EA is very distracting. I like to wake up and see the job has been done and I can go to work without having to worry about news that will effect floating trades!

This is a scalper trading during the Asian session - but the difference from other scalpers is that it only trades for 3 hours and will close all open trades whether it is in profit or not at 3am - broker time.  I use IC Markets ecn account and it works perfect.  The EA has a TP of 5 pips and normally you won't get a loss bigger 7 pips but you can enter an emergency stop of anything between 20 and 30 pips.  So far the average win is slightly better than the average loss with a good profit factor.

I have started to copy the author's free signal early in January to get a feeling of the system.  After a few weeks I bought and tested it on demo and then on live.  So far it is very consistent and losses of one week are easily recovered by winners the next week.

Have a look at it here:  https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/34019#
Here is Vladimir, the author's live account running. (His broker has not changed daylight savings time yet which gave some problems last week so he will continue trading next week again after the broker has changed it's time):
https://www.myfxbook.com/members/meth/top-signals-strategy-eurusd/2964819

Attached is a screen shot of my trades for the last 2 weeks on live.  The EA has a very simple strategy it buys when crossing 40 RSI and sells at 80 RSI

Vladimir is very helpful and will answer your questions within a few hours.  I hope this will be of some benefit for you...

Hi dkmillion,

It does not appear that the accounts (Demo and Real) have been updated since the 25th March so I am just wondering whether this is normal for the EA to not trade at all for 3 days or whether the recent down turn in profit has continued and just not being disclosed?

As I said in my first post Vladimir is waiting for his broker to change daylight savings time this weekend because he had problems with roll over.  I am with IC Markets and this week was brilliant!

But what about higher lot sizes? Would it not run into exactly the same problems as BestScalper?

So far everything is going well, if there is a problem with higher lot size I will open a few accounts, even with different brokers.  But who knows what will happen next this is forex, it might go well for a long time or the other way around.  This EA has a lot of potential I am currently testing it to trade London Close, so far so good, but you just have to use the news filter.

No I don't do back tests, especially scalpers, they are just not accurate because every pip counts and spread is a big factor here.

I am testing eurusd at "normal" times 0-3am at 0.2 lots and again at 2-5am with 0.1 lot.  From next week I will do all at 0.2 as it seems profitable.
