Just open an account and start trading. Make sure it is not too big, but decent enough, to give you serious pain, when it goes wrong. When the lights in your life get dim and you lost your friends and family, one evening, glued between your screens and empty pizza boxes, you will notice a pattern, that hurt you again and again and you will hate it. And the next day, when you wake up, you see things from the other side and you will say:" This thing nearly took my life and now I will make it my slave!"
So Voila, you found your strategy!
Books and coaches tell you how to write books and become a coach.
Don't fall for that trap!

Should all trades go through this dreadful experience to become successful? Isn't there any safe way or approach where you can keep everything balanced?

I really hope not. If it was like this for everyone why are there any traders left on the market.
