AAAFX
« on: June 02, 2011, 04:18:37 PM »
searched and found people talking about AAAFX but no topic.  are they good bad, etc. how do they compare to Finfx?  are they stp,  ecn or what,  are the spreads variable or fixed?  hard to tell from the website, I wasn't really getting a heck of a lot of info, but the spreads did look decent.

Wouldn't use it unless you are using Zulutrade.  AAAfx integrates well with zulutrade but in my opinion better brokers out there!
I currently trade a live Zulutrade account with AAAfx.

I also use AAAFX due to its integration with zulutrade and instant execution. However I would choose this broker even if I was a self trader cause I am satisfied with their customer service.

I just red in their site that they are regulated as an fcm in europe.

EUR/USD spread is ok.
Minor pairs have higher spreads
The good is that entry and exit signals are on time!

I have a small live account with them. The spreads may be ok but there is always slippage against you even in most liquid times.

Based upon your feedback they don't deserve AAA name.

I have a Live AAAFX account (No Commission) for quite a few months because I am trading using zulutrade signal, wall street EA and growthbot EA.  I have a rebate of 1pip per 1 standard lot/10 mini lots; the spread is reasonable not as good as MBTrading/FXCC/ThinkForex.  There is no facility of trailing stop and it will not work when your EA uses TS.  It is a STP and it is regulated by Greece financial authority (FCM) which is protected up to Euro25k under EC protection fund.
Finally, the execution is not as fast as compared to MBTrading/FXCC/ThinkForex but it is bettered than FXCM.

Certainly, it is a very good valued broker especially with 1pip rebate and no commission payable.

I am also very happy with AAAfx performance. The last 3 months I have seen improvement on most aspects - esp. in the very low slippage.. They also added CFDs, oil, gold and silver, plus another 29 currency pairs, pretty good ;) And combined with zulutrade there is also no commission charged!

note from moderator (fmonera): 56Tomff, your three first posts are very near to advertising. I am letting it posted but will leave this note here and report it to donna.

Dear Moderator,

Can kindly explain in what exactly is my comment different from the one above? I simply joined the thread to share my experience, I hardly doubt they need advertising  ;D

You have 3 posts on the forum and everyone of them is very positive and written almost in a way that an advertiser would write, it isn't normally seen for positive genuine reviewers to list all the benefits/tradeable markets on offer for instance. I think fmonera explained it pretty well, he was just writing a note to remind you that it's not allowed here incase that was what you were doing, to stop it going further. If you are not then don't worry about it. If you want to discuss further, kindly use the private message function to contact myself or fmonera as we won't debate this in public.

I think AAAfx is one of good broker.
However, considering about economic circumstances of Greece (they are a Grecian company), can we continue to use this broker?
(Are they safe?)

Hello there. I am also trusting this broker. Yes the situation is not good, but the banks behind them are pretty strong - read somewhere it will become one of the strongest in the area. Add to this that they have no slippage and no commission with their auto-trading platform  ;) ;D

I have requested Zulutrade to remit my rebates since early first week of November 2011 but Zulutrade so far has not sent me the rebates because Zulutrade stated that AAAFX has not sent Zulutrade the rebates. Thus, I am still waiting for the rebates.  Can anybody help?

I have now received my rebates on the 15th of December 2011.
