I can organise a group deal with Beeks NY vps if this is a preferred option for some members.

Yes please.

Also, have you considered negotiations with Pepperstone? I am very concerned about doing business with Axitrader given their earlier reported cancellation/reversal exclusively of profitable orders, including orders that weren't arbitrage related.

Pepperstone only deal with Retail IB/rebate providers or ASLAN.

To the best of my knowledge the Axi trades you referred to were either abrbitage or profits made from a technical issue that froze the platform for an extended period.
Axi are not required to pay profits from trades caused by technical issues or platform/price freezes.

They are not required to pay profits from latency arbitrage trading full stop.

AxiTrader have officially implemented a zero stop on the True ECN account after a trial period.

More funding and withdrawal options  are now available including Moneybookers and bank wire transfers for overseas clients with no fees via Bank of America.

Axi have also removed the requirement of Certified ID documentation for overseas clients.

Thats great news on the zero stop level, i was hoping the change would be made permanent. Their other changes are also very welcome for non aussie clients, and make them much easier to deal with.
