HeroPips

I'm not sure whether this is a signal provider or EA so I'm just opening this topic in this section for the moment.

Has anyone tried HeroPips (www.heropips.com)? They are using scalping strategy on GU, EU and EG. Here's their (unverified!) myfxbook statement: http://www.myfxbook.com/en/members/HEROPIPS/heropipscom/219029.

They are offering their signals via www.mt4online.com (it seems like they are using SignalCopy trade copier EA) and also as a PAMM in Axiory. Subscription fee at mt4online is EUR50 for 15 days and EUR95 for 1 month.

The monthly figures are matching on both websites except for Feb. Total gain since Sept 27 last year was 210% on Axiory (the myfxbook figure is higher; to be conservative, I prefer to believe the lower one for monthly growth) while max DD was 38.77% in their myfxbook statement (the Axiory figure is lower; I prefer to believe the higher figure for max DD). Max DD is quite high, but if we only run this at 30% of their risk, then the max DD will become 11.63% while total gain will still be a decent 63% for about 6.5 months of trading.

I haven't tried this myself. Just hoping to get more info from people who have used this to help me decide.

I can tell you one thing that stands out like a BIG RED FLAG to me on Nov 10 , their water mark high was at 117% ( yellow line on myfxbook) within 2-3 days of Nov 10 they had such a huge draw down that it took the account down to 16.7 % ,

In other words a set of trades or one of the trade had a draw down of over 100%, that to me is "Hold and Hope" plus I doubt very very much that this is a real account it has not been verified and the are using the EA from myfxbook which makes a demo look like a real account and that is why probably they have not verified the account

But still even if its a demo ,the problem is the huge draw down that can clearly be seen on Nov 10

Thanks! I missed the significance of that yellow line. Another one crossed out of the list!  :D
