fxcm was by far worse, soooooooo often offline during ny trade time and for long times.

ic was offline for 1 hour 15 minutes for me, that was highly unusual for them.

ICM used to be rock solid 24 hours a day

but now you have to be careful over rollover as well otherwise any close stop will just get triggered.

pretty soon we will have to design every EA to open and close 2 hours after rollover and 2 hours before every day.

it is a real shame and a massive hole in the market for someone smart enough to step up with liquidity needed to avoid this.
Broker - IC Markets   VPS - Amazon EC2 + CNS

EA:
Powerflow NZDCAD
PZ Averaging EA
Autotrader Custom

News - Thomson Reuters Eikon
Trade Manager - Visual Trading Console for MT4
Trading Rebates - through CashBackFX
Trade Notification EA - TradeTalk from FX Blue - free
VPS - I recommend Amazon EC2 - if you qualify for a Broker Sponsored one get CNS
PZ Support/Resistance Indicator / Day Trading Indicator

Once upon a time, in 2017, I made a transfer to them from one card, after that I took out all the money at the beginning of 2018 and the balance was zero, and the card has expired for a long time and I dont have it on my hands.
In the middle of 2018, I made a transfer to them in bitcoins, since they have such an option available, but not everything is fabulous ... now I cannot withdraw money that was credited using the bitcoin translation, they require me to make a withdrawal to A card from which I made a transfer in 2017, but there is no card on hand and the expiration date passed ... in general, I was offered 2 options:
1. Written evidence from the bank that the card is blocked
2. Statement of card transactions to confirm that the card was mine

They do not give me a transfer to a bank account, tomorrow I will go to the bank and I will try to get proof that the card has expired and it is blocked.

If a broker representative is here, explain why I cannot make a withdrawal by bank transfer? With the support of ic markets, communication is tight, they respond once a day.

I am trying to withdraw $ 3700 ...
new day:
The bank does not give an extract because The card was blocked for a long time in 2017, it also does not give a paper confirming that the card has expired. Now I have issued a reissue of the card and will try to withdraw money using the old card number, the details are the only ones left. Yes, and I have no other choice.

Sorry for my english, its not my main language and be aware!!

Very strange  - usually they only insist same credit card within 60 days, then allow alternatives - have you used their online chat which should be multilingual  - I think bitcoin is the thing which is delaying this one vs regular transfers. Is the old credit card still blocked - if not check with the bank that ICM can credit it and they will transfer funds to your new CC.

My bank will reopen this old card, i get it in few days. I will try withdraw to this card.
I had no problems before with card/bank transfer, only now. Yes and i think it's because my transfer was via bitcoin, but why i can not use bank transfer for withdraw funds? And theoretically, what happen if Bitcoin was my first deposit? How then?
 I maked this deposit in ~august 2018.
I used online chat, they say that only accounts@icmarkets.com.au can help me. So now i trying speak via e-mail, but it's very very hard, they answer only on next day
