Having submitted a few tickets recently via the client portal (which is the recommended and preferred option for support), I can say that they were handled in a timely manner. No-one seems to have mentioned the highly effective client portal which gives clients a lot of control over their accounts and negates the need for support in many cases.

We use IC Markets and I can say their support has improved as of late.

They do seem to have quite a bit of slippage and frequent terminal disconnects which is an issue.

Hello
Is it normal SLs, 80% of the time have 0.1-1 pip difference? Without news?
I don't say it is not normal, just asking.
Thanks.

To follow up, IC Markets contacted us about the server disconnect issues we were experience in the past. It seems they found a solution to this issue a few months ago so it should not be an issue moving forward.

Their support has been MUCH better lately.
