The pair is bearish and it broke out below the range. I think next week it will drop below 1.1600.

Looks like the drop as you say, will continue "unless" there is some substantial movent on EU-UK Brexit agreement and then it would suddenly take off like a rocket.

Good point. Is there any statement or event that we know will happen this week?

MOst media note, "low confidence" in the talks begging this week. All it takes is one negotiator, later on today, to come out and say, "things look positive" and the EUR will jump by at a couple of hundred pips.

Yeah, that's true.
It bounced off from 1.1615, I was really hoping it will drop below 1.1600. Do you think this is the end of the drop?

It's testing 1.1730 and it is relatively bullish, we may see it rally to 1.1750.

It reached 1.1770 and formed a shooting star on the daily timeframe, it may drop back down to 1.1700.

It will probably re-try 1.1770 and drop back like a rock; perhaps much lower than 1.1700, perhaps 1.1680.  ???

Thanks for the input, Eliza.

Yeah. It bounced off from a little lower than that at 1.1750, but it is pretty bearish now. Let's see how it develops next week.

Surprisingly enough, the move north is continuing. The pair may rally back to 1.1800.

The pair reached 1.1800 as I thought it would, it's possible the pair will rally above it as well.

How low do you predict it will go?

By the looks of it the pair will go higher, actually, I think. It is testing 1.1800, after a breakout it may climb to 1.1870, which is the last high.

I was hoping for that too, but it formed a spinning top candlestick on the daily time frame at 1.1815 and by the looks of it the pair may start depreciating again. I really don't like corrections.
