I have never been to a spa either and I confess it has never occurred to me to go to one. It may a good idea.

Spa - done! Results: oddly satisfying. Will definitely do it again ! Now I really understand why people do it. For me it was recharging your batteries experience.

Recently, I had a massage, didn't have an opportunity to try it earlier. It's so relaxing. However, I don't feel a burst of energy like some say. On the contrary, I feel sleepy. Maybe there are different massage techniques.

I confess I am not much into massages and spas, I dislike being touched by strangers.

You don't know what you are missing from life! I was also skeptical, but once you go to spa, you will know how much you have missed

I don't quite like when strangers touch me too. I prefer, when the massage and other pleasantness is done by my girlfriend, it's much nicer

To be honest, I relax the best when I settle on the couch with a cup of chocolate and a nice book and just tune out everything and everyone else for an hour or two.
