Real estate is a very cool business, but there are a lot of pitfalls too. You need a lot of knowledge in this area to deal it.

I would disagree, you don't need that much of knowledge. I will give a simple way to invest in real estate that does not require a lot of knowledge - Buy several apartments and rent them. You will have a passive income + over time the overall value of the property will go up. So this is a very good strategy

It's not true that all the time costs of property will grow up no matter what no matter how hard do you try with that things ? you can buy some real estate and it could lose like 70% of it's value, we could see this all over the world in simply near past decade anyway.

During time of recessions, every asset is cheap. So, if you want to enter into real estate business, than during this time of economic cycle would be very good idea to buy a real estate. Then you can just rent it until price is increased

There is no desire for business development. This is a rather time consuming process.

It's not that easy to start your own business then be sure in everything it may get to you anyway. Not many people can predict how it really can grow over time no matter what for anything you may want there absolutely on all possible levels.
