Processed meats do cause cancer - World health organisation

WHO finally says processed meats cause cancer. Great step forward in the billion dollar cancer industry.

Personally, since 2013, I have been trying my best to stay away from processed meats and sugar. These are 'acidic' and cancer cells thrive in an acidic environment.

On the contrary, Alkaline foods are veggies and fruits.

Your thoughts?

I remember when I was in high school (many years ago), my teacher said that during the consumption of meat a toxin is released by the body. This toxin is neutralized when eating greens. But it's bad without meat too. Man was designed omnivorous - he has teeth for chewing, like the herbivorous do, as well as fangs like predators. The natural human being was made to eat everything)

Well I will say here --> normal :/ for me processed meat is not meat at all - that is the whole crap left after they sell the good quality meat
I also believe that the human being was designed to eat meat to that is why we should do it. Just be careful what you buy and read the labels 😊

I try to stay away from them too, but I also love them far too much.

People here posted some nonsense, man was created not to eat that much meat already, maybe a bit, but yes I do recommend you to eat some meat anyway. I mean raw one cause that one is really bad and my grandma says not to eat it for many possible reasons.
